Sreedhara Vadhyar pioneered the journey of Yasoram in 1977 when he quit his job as an Architectural Engineering Consultant with Kerala Public Health and Engineering Department to establish Yasoram. He is credited with the invention of pre-cast concrete houses that can be transported, dismantled and reassembled in 24 hours. His adherence to quality standards, penchant for acquiring properties in prime locations and vision has helped Yasoram survive the storm that stirred the construction sector.
