The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of organized Real Estate Developers Associations, representing over 20,000 Real Estate Developers across 21 States and 220 cities of India. CREDAI was set up in 1999 for creating a policy framework conducive to the growth of Housing and Real Estate. CREDAI has also formulated guidelines in the form of Code of Conduct to promote integrity and transparency among Developers and provide confidence and comfort to the customers. It also represents issues and proactive policies before the Government and other concerned authorities for the development of the industry. CREDAI encourages Research for better construction techniques in the industry for a safe and secure affordable housing for the customer. CREDAI is increasingly involved in social and charitable activities including skill development, clean city initiatives and educational scholarship. More than 1,10,000 youth have been trained in construction sector skills. About 80,000 apartment units are covered under zero waste programmes.

CREDAI Kochi is the Chapter at Kochi promoting Real Estate development with a national impetus. The Chapter is operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector in the region and for the benefit of its Members, over more than 25 years. CREDAI Kochi brings in the best practices prevalent in the industry nationwide in terms of innovative ideas, latest trends and standards in construction activities. It will strive towards maintaining integrity and transparency in the Real Estate Sector and as part of a national body will voice and represent issues and proactive policies before the Government. CREDAI Kochi comprises a group of Developers who have over the years earned a high reputation amongst buyers and investors. CREDAI Kochi also has a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum to address the complaints of the customers.
